As a potential transfer student you can be admitted to the Bloch School in one of two ways:

Transfer Admission (2.5 GPA or higher)

Students applying to either the BBA or BSA programs must fulfill the following minimum criteria:

  • Have a 2.50 cumulative and a 2.50 University of Missouri grade point average (GPA). (Your cumulative GPA includes all attempts at all coursework; however, up to 15 credit hours of repeated courses can be excluded.)

Transfer Admission (less than 2.5 GPA)

A transfer student who does not have a 2.50 GPA may be admitted to the University in another degree program. With a UM GPA of 2.25 or higher, the student can meet with a Bloch School advisor to see if it would be possible to enter either the BBA or BSA program.

Please note that all non-UMKC courses must be evaluated for transfer by an academic advisor.

Current UMKC students—how to become a Bloch student
