There are three ways to submit your application to the 2012 CFP Program

1. Mail application and non-refundable application fee to:

 2. Fax application to:

Once the application has been faxed submit payment for application fee here:

3. Drop off application and payment to:

UMKC Bloch School
5110 Cherry Street, Suite 312

If accepted into the program the $100 application fee will be applied to your tuition.
