Communication, Charisma and Command: Harnessing your Ability to Speak and be HeardYou must ask yourself: When you speak is anyone listening? Are they engaged and tuned into your message, or do your words seem to fall short of their intentions? You have great ideas to share, but they go unnoticed and it seems that your message is unheard.
Participants will take the key elements of communicative self-awareness, messaging, and influence and apply them to specific work situations. Participants will be required to complete a pre-work questionnaire to evaluate potential issues and opportunities that will be addressed in this application-focused session. Participants will receive a thorough analysis of their video-recorded conversations and presentations and receive peer and instructor feedback to help better apply the principles of the course to their workplace needs.
This course is for self-motivated managers, directors, and senior leaders who want to positively impact your organization through your ability to be heard Instructor: Charmaine McClarie Instructor Bio

What the Participants said
"Charmaine energized our team in a completely unexpected manner. I saw them supporting each other, working to embrace her concepts, take risks and show courage, and really internalize her message. She dramatically exceeded our expectations." Julie Markey
"I was a recent participant in Charmaine McClarie’s two day UMKC course: Communication, Charisma, and Command. After the first day, I felt re-energized and focused, and was immediately able to put her Executive Success Principles into action. On the way home from the class, I successfully communicated a challenging issue to senior management, and did it without stressing myself or anyone else. That felt great! Since then I've also sold senior leadership two high-dollar projects, and have been more articulate about the value I bring to our company. I expect to continue building my personal leadership skills. The class was a great experience." Tara Kesner |
